    Organising interviews

    Once we have the right candidate for you it is time for you to meet the candidate. Before we arrange the interview you will be given a detailed profile of the candidate. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the online interview for you to get to know your nurse better. We will proceed further only if you are 100% satisfied with the candidate.

    Paperwork

    Once you have shaken hands with your nurse well then, it’s time for the nurse to fly. We will handle the visa processing procedure, atypical work scheme, rcsi aptitude test, and all other legal requirements so that you can be at peace.

    Nurses gate will refund 100% of the placement fee if a candidate resigns from a position within 11 months after starting employment. This is only applicable for all overseas candidates.

    For recruiting health care assistants please contact us directly. Prcodeure will be almost similar to that of nurses recruitment except for certain formalities which will have to be discussed with the employer prior to recruitment.

  • Agency service

    Nurses gate will provide you with competent staff to cover shifts at time of need.If you have a planned set of cover required, please use our staff cover planner tool to mark the dates and time of requirement. After you submit it we will confirm with you via email.

  • Advertise jobs

    As an employer you can use nurses gate’s platform to advertise jobs for nurses and health care assistants in ireland. If you are a paid member with nurses gate you will have added privileges.

    If a candidate applies for a job advertised in this site, nurses gate team will contact you within 24 hours.

    Interview scheduling pathway: If you have shortlisted a candidate, you can proceed to schedule interview. You can enter date, time and location of when and where you are planning to conduct the interview. After you submit the schedule, the candidate who is already registered with nurses gate will receive the interview notification. Nurses gate team will contact the employer once the candidate accepts the interview offer. If the candidate would like the interview to be rescheduled, nurses gate team will contact the employer for a possible reschedule. Nurses gate will not contact the employer if the candidate declines the interview offer for any other reason.
