Candidate selection
We interview each candidate and verify each candidate’s documents to make sure that the candidate is the right choice for your institution. This interview process also helps in determining individual suggestions and requirements of each candidate.
Organising interviews
Once we have the right candidate for you it is time for you to meet the candidate. Before we arrange the interview you will be given a detailed profile of the candidate. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the online interview for you to get to know your nurse better. We will proceed further only if you are 100% satisfied with the candidate.
Paperwork
Once you have shaken hands with your nurse well then, it’s time for the nurse to fly. We will handle the visa processing procedure, atypical work scheme, rcsi aptitude test, and all other legal requirements so that you can be at peace.
Our Recruitment Guarantee
Nurses gate will refund 100% of the placement fee if a candidate resigns from a position within 11 months after starting employment. This is only applicable for all overseas candidates.
